Hello, I have an issue with my vanilla card. Help me and activate it so I can use the money on the card. Please, I would really appreciate it.

Uncooperative with other companies, no actual customer service, just a unhelpful robot giving basic and vauge advice. It would please me to see the operator of this company strung up by his feet and beat to death in public.

I cannot get a live person to help me figure out why the giftcard won't work anywhere! The number on the back of the card is one endless loop.

I purchased two debit cards and I have used your debit cards before but J went to Walmart and they are not working and I can't get anyone to help me

Answer their phone for one instead of making you wait an hour and letting my husband use his $500 gift card to get what he wants

Ive not had good experience dealing with their customer phone number on the back of the card , Why cant I get to a live person ? Deny , Deny, Deny , we get frustrated and they make 200 dollars !!

whenever i try to buy something its not letting me, it keeps canceling my order. i did the steps correctly and i do not know why it keeps on declining when it is actived and have enough money to buy what i want.

im not understanding it so i called customer service and the lady told me to wait a couple of hours when i already waited another couple of hours to try to repurchase it again. i just want to know why my card keeps declining when i try to place an order for something

What's going on with my dispute it's proven that I did not do these transactions I told u who did and my card was stolen what's the issue

My kid took the card, so when I tried to go buy a sign, it wasn't working. So I checked the website, seen it on the two dollars on it, and I need a refund so I could go buy the stuff I need with the card.
