I try to buy something online but it wouldnt let me do it but it was taking money away and I ordered something online and I cancelled it but it not giving my money back into my card? Can I have a refund for that please and thank you. Why does it do that ans how long because it take to give me back my money?

I bought 3 cards at the same time and walked out to the truck to begin activating them. The first two $50 cards activated just fine.

However, when I attempted to activate the $300 card, a stop was put on it. They claimed that I tried to use it before I had activated it. Even after providing them with all the necessary information and proof that I had bought the card, they did nothing.

I cannot believe that they are thieves, and more so, that there is no one regulating these activities and forcing them to compensate for stealing a disabled person's money. It's truly unbelievable.

I got this gift card for $50 for my birthday, and it's fake. My friend that got it for me got it at CVS, paid cash, and didn't get me a gift receipt.

Sucks. Wrong email, a bunch of hackers.

I want to check the balance on the card, to see if it has been used by my brother. It seems the site I'm checking on is not working.

Some other person found my card at my house and used it for purchase keep your eyes on your card I had loaded my card and some one has sued my card I would like to know who did and the deputy had pulled me over and the card was missing how can I find out who used my card

I had fraudulent charges on my card so they shut it down to investigate I had put $500 on this and now they're telling me no decision will be made until July 15th a lot longer than the time frame they originally told me

I dont know what to do. Please help me activate my visa gift card and check my balence. I dont know what happen to it but I hope I get my money back because it would be a total waste if my visa gift card stop working.

Have a live person to talk to and not an automated system, because you can't really resolve your issues with an automated system. It's just much more professional to speak with a live person instead of an automated system. And you don't even get a phone call back to help resolve your problem.

I bought a $50 gift card. I went to use it at CVS and it did not work.

The numbers on the front are 4118****, then it's blank, 2073. The expiration date is 08/32 and on the back, there's no security code, 168********. Also, there's not a full UPC number, 0537********.

I was rushing and wasn't being careful, and I scratched the numbers on my gift card. My grandpa got me a card of 200 dollars.

He's very upset and thinks he wasted money, but I just wasn't being careful.
