To Make Public Their Unreliable and Fraudelent Practices
Myself and several others obtained gift cards from Vanilla Gift back on June 29, 2023. Since that time, none of us was able to use the gift card.
I personally attempted to use it at 100+ places both online and in-store physically. Each attempt to use it gets a message "Declined by the issuer". Calling them gets you no where. They insist the card is good and to use it at a different merchant.
Refund and/or replacement card treqjuests are out of the question.
They insist I am stupid and don't know how to use the card. A total waste of my time and money thanks to this fraudulent company who provides fake cards after being paid.

A Joke/do NOT BUY THESE CARDS
Do not buy! They are a royal pain in the *** I cannot use the last 50.64 on this card and you will NEVER be able to reach a human.
You cannot add to Apple Pay because there is no name on the gift card. You cannot reach a human. You cannot buy with the card in store or online. You have to pay with credit card first, and then use this after (tricky) I tried to use for a 11.00 grocery bill but couldnt even do that and i have over 50.00 on it.
You cannot even check balance on site. Captcha just keeps asking for more and more and it never takes you anywhere beyond this. Tried for 3 wks now. Same thing every time.
No option to speak to a representative. This is a total scam as they make it impossible therefore steal our money and whats left on the gift cards. The numbers they offer just keep referring you to the website where you cant get any help!!! Not only that but you cant even find your balance or do anything else.
EXCEPT they do allow you to give them more money and purchase cards.
Lol. That is all the website is good for.

This is an update: I filed a complaint with the us Banking comission. I asked for a full refund.
Vanilla replied to the banking commission that the reason why the card would not work was due to security reasons and suggested I was not using the card correctly. They also stated they are giving me a full refund in the amount of three dollars!
*** The card was alot more than three dollars! So now, for the mere principal, I will file a federal lawsuit in US District Court and asdd in a an Injunction preventing them from do any business until an outcome is ruled upon the claims itself and I will keep stalling it for as long I can and hopefully for at least a year or longer, They need to stop ripping people off!
