I bought a vanilla gift card but when i tried to check balance or pay for something it wasn't working not because it wasn't activated i already activated it so i tried to call customer service for help but no one answered not even a bot and i called quite a few times and still didn't work which left me super pissed i wasted all my money i had on the card to buy things online but it didn't work if you guys are reading this and i hope you are please contact me on how to fix the card or give me a new card, thank you.

Don't like talking to someone real yes I held on to card for awhile but never used it but for some reason it had transactions on it with small balances left from a 50 dollar card

This is my first time with having a problem with Vanilla Gift card. For years I was sent Vanilla gift card for Birthday or Christmas.

No problems. This time someone got into the account and used it .. This is so tragic.

It's happening more and more because of scammers getting into the system. Plus inside people who are also helping themselves..
The system needs to protect consumers more.
