My money disappeared!!!!!!!
I had 30 dollars on my gift card, and I never used it, but when I was trying to buy something, my gift card was not working. I just bought the gift card from the store CVS.

I said just you’re not buying one of these cards at all because it’s something happens they do not stand behind them and you also talk to people you can’t even understand. I know how do you do this one process and like 30 days and then I’ll tell you know that’s the wrong process. You gotta wait 90 days to stay away from.
They done nothing to help me my card information was stolen and they sent the people who stole it a new card when I am one that bought it

- - Vanilla eVisa card from Walmart online won't work.
- - Walmart says they can't help because it's their card, and support hasn't resolved after a month.
Keep trying still didn't get it and it's a month so far
I bought a e visa card vannila from Walmart online and it won't work and took it to Walmart they said they can't do nothing cause it their card and been trying for a month to get a hold of some one and I'm trying again they said ten min wait it's been an hourdont get them

I put $200, and someone took my money out. That $200 was for my son for his birthday, and I have been waiting for the money to go back on it. My mother-in-law put the money on there for him.

Bought this card to pay a bill, but it keeps declining my car payment. After I paid fees to get the card, now I have to pay fees at the ATM to get my money back.

- Does not work everywhere no intelligent person to help never got my refund

No live person to talk to, no opinions to call any other.
- - Hard to reach live support; no live person on the number.
- - The phone and website give conflicting directions to call.
Bad, I have to look for other options to speak with someone. It was frustrating to call the back of the card because no live person was on that number. It was back and forth the phone number want me to use the website, and the website wants me to call.

- - I bought vanilla gift cards for my husband's birthday and Christmas.
- - There's no direct way to fix issues, and Amazon canceled my orders three times.
I bought my husband a vanilla gift card for his birthday and also for Christmas, and I have problems with both of them. You cannot talk to anybody directly to get the issue fixed.
I have gone on Amazon three different times, and my order has been canceled all three times. I will never buy another vanilla gift card ever again; it's the worst experience.

- It is the worst card to order online and they need to fix it to where you can speak to a representative and not recordings so your problem can be solved better
